I have noticed city buses pass very close to the bike lanes sometimes. Not too often, but it does make me wonder if it is done on purpose. After all there is some competition for the right side of the road. Although I felt compelled to complain only once and got a pretty satisfactory response. Most of the time when I see a bus I'll either slow down or speed up to try change the timing so I'll avoid the leap frogging.
