If I was on a budget I would look at places like Goodwill and see what you can dig up. You can modify specific garments to make them more cycling friendly. I don't think I would buy something online, sight unseen and hope for the best even if it has free shipping. Sending things back is a pain.

Yeah we get nothing like that in the goodwill stores in sydney australia. I might have gotten something. Just waiting on a friend that sent me something. Hope it fits *fingers crossed*
