I'm having trouble removing the bolts from the T-Nuts from my shoes (will use a different pedal system soon and have to remove the old one). It turns to the direction I try to unscrew the bolt to.

I tried holding the T-Nuts from the inside but there's no way I can hold it down enough.

Any solutions here? I'm sure drilling it out would destroy the threads so I'm not considering that.
