Acid sweat snacking on bike

Si I've come to realize that I have super corrosive sweat. I bought a bike last year that was about a year old when I got it and in very good condition. It's a Specialized Sectelur Disc. It rode great all last year and I put about 2k miles on it. This year I. Started riding again and with on,y about 400 miles of riding I broke two spokes; the first I broke on my first ride if the year. Looking at the spokes I can see corrosion on several more of them. They break right where the two spokes cross. I rode a lot of chip seal roads but didn't hit any major potholes to break them.

I also noticed that the bolt in the top of my headset is severely rusted due to my acid sweat, as I generally don't rode in the rain.

So my questions now are, what to do about my corroded spokes? Should I pop for a new wheel or try and fix this one? I'm currently using the one that came stock with the bike and I am 6'1" and about 250 pounds. Can I replace just the corroded bolt in the head tube, or will that whole piece likely need to be replaced? If they do (or don't) have to be replaced, is there something I can do to slow down or stop my sweat-monster from making a tasty meal out of my yummy bike parts? Thanks!
