Plus it takes quite a bit to offend me. After all, one day last week a customer called me a "rhymes with witch" by implication and later in the day another, one who may have been on her phone or may have had Tourette's, responded to my "Hi" with "Don't talk to me, you P.O.S." Only she didn't abbreviate it. *sigh* Fortunately, not every day is like that and I have LoP to come home to on the days that are.
