I am dealing with a bent fork. Replacement is an option but not one of the same material or vintage. I happened to find one from another bike on ebay. It looked pretty bad but I thought it was worth the risk. It is working. I have straightened it nearly to the right position. I need to check the details to finish it up. In the process I found this article very informative from a well know former bike frame builder, Dave Moulton. He worked in the Cinelli shop in California for a time before going it on his own with the FUSO's. He also built racing frames in England before coming to the states. Here is the link.
