If deleting the 16T doesn't bother you, there is a 10-speed Tiagra 12x30 that should be just what you want. However the 16T is still a very useful cog. While 50x15 is about the same as 53x16, 50x16 is a direct substitute for 53x17 so it's still very nice to have. I find the gap with X/15/17/X cog spacing to be intolerably wide at that point in the gearing.
