I weighed nearly 300 lbs out of high school due to bad habits and not being properly informed on nutrition. I sought out the information and designed my own way out of despair. It took me about 3-4 years to lose the weight. I am now about 170lbs and have started living life in the past few years
I go up to 190lbs now and then but nothing over 200. I've kept the weight off for about 10 years now.
