Thanks again Roody. It certainly does factor in although I use public transportation more than biking to places which means more walking. I got into biking about 5 years ago for the health benefits and to be out and about after being stuck in an office for 8-12 hour days!
I try to ride as often as i can now even though it's less often than i'd like it to be haha
I plan to ride more this summer to hopefully shed the 20lbs i've put on in the winter!
