The two places you're likely to run into left-hand (reverse) threading are the left-side pedal and the right-side cup of the bottom bracket (where the crank passes through the frame).
On older bikes with one-piece (aka "Ashtabula") cranks, the non-drive-side locknut and cone are also left hand thread.
