Thank you for your response [MENTION=123967]slotcar55[/MENTION] The pix are not great but might show the builders details. I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

I stripped the headtube and there was no mark, but it was obvious by the deep marks all going the same direction it had been stripped with a course wire brush. The frame is 62cm and weighs 1948g and fork 737g
