I stumbled on this today at a yard sale. Its been re-painted. Here is the info on components:
Concor Supercorsa seat, Zeus Seatpost, Huret front derailuer, Suntour Honor RD, Simplex dropouts (?), Stronglight cranks with Peugeot logo, La technique Avion handlebars, unknown headset. No serial numbers are visible. No other identification on the frame.
Any ideas? Peugeot?
