hiya , I am not by any stretch of the imagination "expert" but that seat cluster (is that the right term?) is not something I have ever seen on a Peugeot.
Some one out there will probably recognise it ?

Also a decent shot of the rear dropouts may help with ID . Is there any markings on the rear dropouts or on the fork tips ?
