Goat milk, cheese and meat is repugnant to me. I can't explain it. It is not something I just don't care for. The taste to me is foul. I can't force myelf to swallow it. Lamb has some similar character, and also especially gamy venison, but nowhere near as powerful. When I hear someone talking about how "tangy" goat cheese is, I have to laugh. Tangy...right!?
