Saturday, the B group was off pace a little so I grabbed on and completed 38 at a 17.4 pace. It's nice to ride with them again, but I have to continue the weight loss program and some sprinting to get some speed back. It wasn't long ago that I could pull that group.
Monday was very hot and humid. Did a late ride with a group that agreed to dial it down due to the weather. A very nice 23 miles at a leisurely 16. Nice tight pace line, some nice conversation. No one beat themselves up on the hills.
