New Tire time... Irrepairable stem leak. Unless you intend to completely remove the stitching and put a New Tube in and re sew it.
I'm guessing this is what happened. It's just surprising that it hadn't happened earlier with other inflates.
I'm considering Tire Alert, but I'll take a look under the base tape first. Even if I stick with white grifos, $65 for NOS might be a better option.

Does anyone have experience trying to splice on a new valve section to the inner tube?
