Get a good upright
city bike, forget the helmet and other complicated gook, and enjoy riding and arriving refreshed and sweat free.
+1 - you have a good excuse to act on the +1 part of the N+1 formula - so use it.
I would only add VINTAGE to "upright city bike" ...
