I think you guys are misjudging me. If you go back a few posts you'll read that I said: "It's almost a crime in my opinion to lock a bike up for so long." ending with this: "But, I'd still do the note thing or contact the police thing first. Then take it and set it free." I suppose I should have been more clear but I meant that I'd only take the bike once it's been given the okay by either the police or the owner. I've never said it was okay to steal the bike as suggested by Retro's post, which I think led to further condemnation by the rest of you: ""practicing budda" isn't the term that comes to mind. Nor is it what was meant." I think my confusion stems from me posting from my point of view that I'm not a bike thief and failing to see that the phrase "practicing budda" was actually another way to call me a bike thief. If I had interpreted it as intended (bike thief) I would have made a different post. I wasn't using Karma as justification to steal a bike as suggested by BO: "that karma can't be the justification for bike theft." Did you guys actually read my entire post before making those comments? Tell me where I said it was okay to take the bike. I'll take the blame for my confusion about what "practicing budda" actually meant if you take the blame for helping perpetuate that false accusation by not reading my entire post.

vince: If you're going to be picky about other poster's grammar and spelling then my opinion is that you better be spotless yourself. I see that you know how to use the shift key to capitalize the beginning of the sentence but why can't you also capitalize the "i"? Maybe the other posters are just as aware of their mistakes as you are of yours. Regardless, I don't think it's fair to point out spelling/grammar mistakes when you've got a few of them yourself in your posts and signature even if you are "aware". That's just my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
