The geometry of the slightly heavier one is a bit more relaxed compared to the other. Still an absolute blast to ride and I don't think I will ever sell it.
When you speak of "relaxed" geometry for track bikes you must mean in strictly relative terms. I thought maybe one had a pair of brakes or something.
