Sold one that was comprehensively reconditioned with fair paint for $275 in October 2014, plus shipping to west coast. Sold a full year 2000 Sora Motobecane in cherry condition for $325 last month.
That adjustable stem is butt ugly on the OP's bike. Other than the frame and maybe the cranks, headset, seat post, and brakes not too much original parts are left on that bike. Probably about $250 +/- 10%. It may be worth much more as a part out.
