I ride anytime I get time and am not in serious pain (If I can get out it helps the pain) Work and having a wife that doesn't drive makes get out more than 2-3 a week tough sometimes I get 25-40 miles most weeks I may ride a surly LHT or steamroller or a mongoose brutus or huffy three speed or I just got a univega mountain bike depends on what kind of mood I'm in
