Managed to bonk 20 minutes into a training ride yesterday, sheesh. Turned around and limped it home. Easy day today. The big bump in volume I've had is giving me all kinds of odd little twinges and such, mostly in my knees. Nothing that feels like it's going to become a problem, but I'm hoping that I'll sort it all out soon. I really need to get religion about doing my stretches and exercises to work on my standing knee problem and prevent new ones.
