It wasn't a full-on bonk. But it was definitely a sensation of being hungry and after ten minutes of a 20-minute Z3 interval I just felt empty. I had a gel, but it wasn't any real help. My legs were fine, but doing a full set of 3x20s wasn't going to work, even staying in-zone was really hard. I think there was a mental component, too. I was able to hit it reasonably hard a few times on the way home, so hopefully not a totally wasted day.

TKP, maybe it means time for a rest block, but I feel like I pretty easily have another week for this block left in me. I also felt crappy coming home from work Tuesday, but I was able to do a good trainer workout later that evening. It happens sometimes. I figure I'll be fine for the weekend.
