dealer spec. book they were p/n 3979 (82 822), which appear in the parts catalog as Weinmann hollow tubulars for sew-up tires. Wood-filled tubulars also show up in the book, but under a different part number.
The Weinmann wood filled rims were rebranded Scheerens.

Weinmann hollow tubular rims of the period really really looked like Duralca rims.
