Yesterday rode to team crit practice course, did the training, rode home for ~65 miles and 230 tss. Won the field sprint at the end for once.
Day off the bike today, maybe running with the dog and some core work at the gym, then probably doing the local group ride tomorrow. Couple hours on Sunday and then a crit on Monday. Lots of volume before the crit, but it's not an A-race so whatever.
