A bicycle isn't a "light-weight accessory " it is a vehicle. Sidewalks are not always "legal and more efficient/safer" . Learn the law. Learn your rights.Ride responsibly. your attitude isn't helping.It is making things more difficult for responsible, law abiding cyclists
