This bike is from the 70's , based on the chain ring, pulley down by the bottom bracket, and no pump peg. Many people (like me) think cost cutting at Raleigh make bikes from this era way less reliable and durable then the 50's bike in the first photo.
Its a 74 and it does have 28 miles ..i got it from its original owner in Greenwich Ct.
