If by rare chance the pedals do not have a removable reflector, you can get inexpensive pedals for $10 or less at mail order stores. I never came across a strapless toe clip that wouldn't fit a pedal on any bike/trike that I owned. I use them on all of my bikes. Here's one that worked for me: XLC Strapless Mini Toe Clips - Pair, Black or Zefal Bicycle Half Toe Clips, S/M - 1 Pair, Black I used both brands. Good for many thousands of miles before the break.
