If you really want to go full weight weenie, tubular is lighter. (and a huge pain in the pass, just like tubeless)
I like to make my bike lighter, but I won't sacrifice comfort and convenience over weight savings.
I'm not planning on going tubeless. I was just kidding to make you think I would go to any lengths to make it lighter. LoL!
I was not kidding about the XTR upgrade though. I have been giving that a lot of consideration but not not just for the weight. I am pretty OCD and having a drivetrain that doesn't match my brakes drive me crazy!
