Hot tub. Sometimes chocolate milk while the tub heats, but always hot tub. I know ice bath = more better, but I hate cold water.

Finished a nice 65 today, followed by hot tub 😌, then took my son to mountain bike our land ( I sat in the car) came home to remove ticks from him, then made enchiladas and had a margarita. I'm watching thunder all now, but I'm not sure how much detail you need.
