Struggling to fit myself for a frame - help requested

Hi

I am looking at a new frame, I am primarily a fitness rider who would like to enjoy my cycling a bit more comfortably. I ride in Hong Kong, and therefore I am basically either climbing or descending some fairly steep hills for most of my ride. Hopefully someone in this forum will be able to give me some fitting advice.

I am currently on a Storck Scenero XL frame which is stated at 63cm. I struggle with low back pain, which I am sure is likely due to not being strong enough yet in the legs/glutes. I am also wondering if the frame geometry is too aggressive for the sort of riding I want to do.

I am not looking to compete, just get places in an enjoyable manner. I did the measurements on competitive cyclist for the Eddie Fit which are below:

Height - 193cm
Arm Span finger to finger - 193cm
Actual inseam - 90cm
Trunk - 69cm
forearm - 38cm
Arm length - 68cm
Thigh - 65cm
Lower leg - 59cm
sternal notch - 162cm

They suggest bike dims of:

Top Tube Length 57.2 - 57.6 Cm
Seat Tube Range CC 59.5 - 60 Cm
Seat Tube Range CT 61.3 - 61.8 Cm
Stem Length ` 11.1 - 11.7 Cm
BB Saddle Position 79.2 - 81.2 Cm
Saddle Handlebar 58.4 - 59 Cm
Saddle Setback 8.3 - 8.7 Cm
Seatpost Type Setback

I am looking at a Lynskey Sportive. The specs are all listed here

If someone has the time or inclination, please could you have a look at this. I must be either a L or XL, but I'm not sure which. Sorry for the overload of info. Obviously if I could go and test ride the bikes, I would. Unfortunately, there are very few frames that are my size in HK.

Many thanks in advance
