I have a bunch of old cameras, mostly 35mm but also a few TLR and medium format folders.. Like old bikes, everybody dumps them for the newer technology, even though they work as good now as they did back when. I have rarely paid more than $10, and that frequently gets a bag of accessory lenses with the deal.
I also have several slide rules. Last year, I took one into work to use during an plant shut down, and the young guys all laughed at first. When they saw how quick it was to multiply and divide, they wanted to learn more.
