I guess when you allow people to be here illegally, we should not be surprised when they break all the other laws too.
Well, there are full blooded Americans that would do this too. But it all adds to it and makes it "easier" to throw in the maximum sentences and not have it reduced or a jury that doesn't agree for some reason.
And it very easily could have been worse. Since it was an organized ride, he wasn't the only rider in the area. At least two others were right there but were able to get out of the path in time.
