The geo for that XL Storck did not look too agressive, looking at its headtube height.
I'd rather say that it's reach is too long for your dimensions (look at its ETT length, compared to your Eddie Fit suggestion).

The ETT and reach of the Lynskey frame matches your top tube range much better, IMO.
