thanks for the help guys, after much searching ive confirmed its a stripped down Jeunet Franche compte 620 from the early seventies. switched some parts from my busted shogun onto it an have been riding it and loving it.
now i just need to figure out what to do with it, i hope the rear chrome forks werent messed up when the previous owner painted it poorly. might do a tiffany blue with half chrome front and rear forks and either polish the lugs or paint them white. and maybe change this noisy crank
