I had the same problem and solved it by adjusting the position of the transparent aluminum track that feeds the crystals.
This is a Bikesdirect windsor so doesn't used transparent aluminium. Anyone else think Bikesdirect has gone downhill since they purchased Specialized and started making frames in Antarctica?
