Maybe you are confronting one of the annoying realities of weight loss. As you get lighter, you are basically working less hard to haul your own weight around. Since work is equivalent to calories, the lighter you are, the fewer calories you can consume and still lose weight. When you weighed 250#, you maybe lost weight eating 1,600 calories a day. At 218#, you might need to cut back to 1,400 calories.

Of course, you can continue to eat the same amount but increase activity/exercise by that 200 calories a day. Unfortunately, 200 calories is a hell of a lot of extra pedaling!
