How long has Gilmour been making bike frames? I have a suspicion you've got a very early proto-MTB, one of those bikes the innovators were making before the industry started making MTB's and MTB-specific components. Looking forward to more photos.....
He's been making frames since 1974. Pics are coming once the battery's charged. An hour or so.

He does lots of southwest-indian-inspired lug work. His thunder bird lugs are the coolest; this bike has one of them, although I recall his more recent efforts being more intricate.
