Toss and buy a road morph

or

-hold pump horizontal, with valve part aimed up
-place wheel on top, with wheel valve aimed down
-pump the pump, but dont touch the wheel at all, let gravity hold the wheel on top of the pump.

after you get the tire to about 30 psi and realize you cant get it any higher, toss it as previously mentioned and buy a road morph.
