I'm looking at two bikes. Frames are identical, only the components are different. The one with the better components has a worse color scheme than the other, and is $140 more which I'm less concerned about. Could you kindly guide me on which of these are noticeable upgrades?

Here are the component differences:

Crank: FSA Dyna Drive vs. Shiman T551 (inboard vs. outboard)

Brakes: Shimano M395 vs. M496

Shifter: Deore vs. SLX (9sp vs 10sp)

Front derail: Deore vs. XT (I don't use the front so much)

Rear derail: SLX vs. SLX Shadow

Cassette: HG20 vs. HG62

Hubs, center lock: RM35 vs. RM66
