I don't have any experience with Cygolites, but I am fond of Niterider and LightinMotion.

LightinMotion fastcharge is the best light I've owned to date. The fastcharge enables me to charge my 800 lumnes light in a mere 2.5 hours. Awesome! Extremely wide beam pattern, and I couldn't be happier.
