Four days off. One day did feature a ride, but it was just a recovery spin to see how things felt. Going out for a ride at pace today. My legs feel very relaxed, something I haven't felt in - months? They are loose, not tight, and don't ache in the least. We'll see how things pan out, but I do believe that rest may have been good for me.
