I feel for you. This injury, plus 2 rotator cuff repairs in my past, make me all too familiar with how tough life is with an injured shoulder.

On the positive side, shoulder muscle strengthening is sort of addictive...almost kinda like cycling. OK not so much, but a little. I have more upper body strength now than I've ever had in my entire life. Sometimes, I even kinda almost remind myself of Rambo Richard Simmons.

Anyway, I wish you and me full recovery and no further shoulder injuries!
