I have been working on this model for 2 years. I have a working demo here but now need a proper CAD 3d drawing for CN to work on a mold.

This new frame works with a belt drive system using alfine DI2 we designed our own rear sprocket to work with belt drive and the alfine DI2 I cracked Alfine di2 with a machine shop to work with a normal sprocket but indexing is off to precise, so thats why we designed our own rear sprocket. Our belt drive system is not a gates belt drive we use a belt from germany and made a AL from belt ring that works with a 130 BCD spider.

The carbon frame we have here has been modified to allow 38.9 mm access on the front for the belt line and I made on the rear stay fittings that allow passage for the belt. We also have a fork with 15 through axel 11\2 - 11\8 for road. The rear was modified to use horizontal drops. We also use a german eccentric bb that works on all 68mm frames and 24 mm spindles allowing me to tension the belt this way and having a fixed rear in the slots.

So I need help to make a drawing to match all these specifications I have all the pictures here and specifications on a working model. In the next coming weeks we will have fork and sprocket .
