I ride a road bike generally and am retired. My schedule usually runs as follows:
Monday - day off or a light ride to lunch
Tuesday - retired racers from the Fondulac Park District at 8:30AM
Wednesday - IVW 5:30 ride from the church at Pleasant Hill and Bloomington Rd.
Thursday - retired racers from the Fondulac Park District at 8:30AM
Friday - easy or day off
Saturday - Free for all out of Russells lot at 8:30 AM
Sunday - try to find a group ride somewhere
