Apparently the Nashes may well still be alive if they had a cell phone.
On the other hand, it says something that they didn't use cell phone...
P.S. It reasonable to infer that the Nirenbergs also didn't carry a cell phone with them, either, for otherwise the Nashes could have used their cell phone to call car service. (noted: Nirenberg is 90, Nashes in their 80s "OldieInAmerica"
