At ~$60 it's also the highest priced here -- others are ~$30 to $35 -- but it meets OP's "around $50." The brighter Dinottes, DesignShines and Nitefluxes are not available around $50.
no the kNOG BLINDER R is the brightest out 70 lumens i have one and its super bright cars slow down cause of how bright its .
