this - if you ask me beautiful - bike is currently on sale for roughly 330 bucks. Itīs full Shimano Ultegra 600 incl. STI.



The bike is in good condition and since Iīm a student I - unfortunately- donīt have the money for a "new" racer .

Questions are:

Worth the deal? And if yes, what if some parts fail in a few years, like the crankset. Currently has square type bottom brackets. The brackets can be upgraded, I know that, like to Octalink or sumth. Would a, letīs say, modern 10-speed crankset fit the current 8-speed derailleur geometry?
