Go to the side with the red printing, Find the Continental Logo. measure from the center of the logo, You'll find the arrow 14-16 inches to the right, depending on how you measure(straight across or along the outside). It will be pointing toward the logo.
I found the rotation arrow! I missed it several times but RussB's entry helped me find it. I bought 700x25 Gatorskins which are almost identical in terms of labels on both sides of the tire. However, on one side only, about a foot to the right of the Gatorskin label, in the red cross-hatching, there is a small arrow that is easy to miss. I don't know if it makes a big difference, but since they went to the effort to put an arrow on hte tire I assume it makes some difference. Cheers.
