I have a '93 version of the 2.8 polished aluminum (looks almost identical to the one in the ad) that I upgraded to 9-sp 105 stuff. It's a capable second bike for me. I see the one in the ad has a carbon fork already. Mine still has the original aluminum. It does transmit the road vibrations a lot, but that's mostly OK with me.

The advertised R900 with the old school dura ace stuff and the carbon fork would be a good bike (assuming the shifters work well. If they are sticky, flood them with half-a-can of WD-40 until they loosen up.)
